Events that position your brand.

An editorial atelier for luxury corporate events and refined personal celebrations. We turn your brand's vision into experiences guests remember for the atmosphere, not the décor.

I · Manifesto

We don't just produce events.
We build narratives people remember.

Every detail of the guest journey signals what your brand stands for. We pair creative competence and editorial curation with the operational rigor that defines true excellence — from the invitation to the final toast.

II · The Curator

A producer with an artist's eye and a strategist's rigor.

Nayanna Romero built her career managing luxury brands, combining experience design with strategic discipline. International training at Istituto Marangoni (Milan) and Polimoda (Florence), and an innate passion for botanical arts, shaped a method without parallel in the Brazilian market.

Every project is treated as a living work: the flow of guests, the lighting, the floral arrangements — orchestrating a silent narrative that communicates the brand's values without a single line of copy.

What's the minimum lead time for an event? +
We recommend 6 to 12 months to secure availability and assemble the editorial supplier roster. For shorter timelines, we evaluate case by case — some intimate projects can be delivered in 8 to 12 weeks if the calendar allows.
Yes. We accept engagements from multinational brands operating in Brazil and Latin America, as well as international hosts planning destination celebrations in Brazil. All briefings can be conducted in English or Portuguese, and written deliverables are produced in the language of your team.
Yes. Floral architecture is one of the atelier's signature pillars. Our team specializes in luxury botanical composition, with palettes and arrangements developed bespoke for each environment.
High-end corporate events, premium real estate launches, milestone celebrations and destination events. We don't take on traditional weddings — mini weddings and editorial union ceremonies, yes.
Each project is bespoke. After an initial conversation and detailed brief, we share an investment range. As a reference, intimate corporate events start around US$15K; full-scale brand launches and destination events scale from there.

Fifty years at the table — and a lesson that crosses the corporate.

A set table isn't protocol. It's positioning. What an anniversary lunch and a high-end real estate launch have in common — and why the same emotional engineering applies to both.
